About the company behind this site
Philly PTAC is operated by Air Distributors Company, Inc., a wholesale HVAC parts and equipment distributor in Louisville, Kentucky, in business since 1988. The company holds factory-authorized status with GE Zoneline, Applied Comfort, and McQuay / Daikin Applied.
Units ship to Philadelphia-area buildings from Louisville inventory or direct from manufacturer stock. The company does not install equipment. Your HVAC contractor handles installation, and the quote reply includes what the installer needs to know about sleeve fit and electrical requirements.
